The US men gained spots because of their road performances in the last Olympic cycle. I wouldn't take Sheffield because he crashes too much. Anyway, the Olympics will be a crap shoot with the reduced peleton. There will no place for Domestiques in this event.
But then you’re giving up a shot at a high placement in the ITT, right?

Question:
Shall I add Serbia to the tables in the first post, or is it too minor a country for that to make sense?

(I already went and removed a bunch of countries I'd originally included.)

I have also noticed that I somehow missed the youth classes of Belgium happening. That shall be fixed!

Welp, atleast we will see the Finish NC-jersey for another half year in the pro peloton

It's probably the first time since Veikannen we really have the chance to see it on the road (apart from Henttala, which might have participated in a couple of races with TV coverage).

Let's hope for some kind of miracle that allows Jaakko to stay on a professional CT.

Jakob Söderqvist won the Swedish TT NC just ahead of Ludvigsson. I thought he would have won by more but he has had a busy schedule recently.

In the women’s event retired triathlete Lisa Norden (Olympic silver back in 2012) won in poor competition. I guess there will be more pros at the road race. Rissveds is not doing any road this year though.
