Kiryienka just rode solo up to Schleck & Taaramäe, good stuff. Movistar also represented in the poursuivant group, with David López and a Skil rider in the wheel of Samuel Sánchez.

That's Frankie. Andy did his bit of work and he was last seen soft-pedaling with Vino.

Eh, I said that before I even switched my stream on :p

Seems like more action than last year.

It's Geniez, who's turning out to be a more than decent French climber - at least just as good as Coppel and Le Mevel;)

Frankie will have to REALLY **** the bed in the ITT tomorrow to lose this now.
He has 20 seconds over Kiryienka, but Kiryienka has some good ITT results in his career; 7th in the Tour last year, 12th in the Verona Giro one, 5th and 12th in the Vuelta ones in '09... and if any big GC rider is capable of stuffing everything up in the ITT it's Fränk.

TT is what, about 7k?

It would have to go wrong pretty badly to lose this.

7.8KM. Barring some major mechanical, he has this one in the bag. Ardennes Classics should be fun.

Kiryienka just pushed away from Taaramäe - if he can get close to Fränk he might be a shout for the overall.

yeah, I wouldn't be too surprised if he took it. People underestimate how much time can be taken in as little as 8km. Some riders struggle to find rhythm quickly... this can really hurt in a tt like tomorrow.

Looking at the results, i'm a bit at loss as to why Sky didn't bring Lovkvist to this race. He seemed in good form and the race is not really that demanding to have an effect on his preparation.

Because the great Nordhaug was here, obviously. Löfkvist would've done a bit better but not much.
