I think Panzerwagen is something the military would use, or money transporters (as the link above shows), whereas Gepanzertes Fahrzeug is something Obama would use for example.

i've connected to live ticker after 5 minutes and digitalmais seems to show some kind of powerpoint slideshow, not a proper stream.
