He is the favourite and normallly he will win very clear. Other way he is not favourite for le Tour.
This is not the level of other races, he won San Luis by a bif difference in his first race of the year, and there the local riders are very strong.
Quintana dont need races to be in a grand shape, he won Burgos last year in the same situation.
Contador must be here just to have quality Km of training, no more, He use to be competitive and there are not big rivals, so he could be on the podium, but he must take it easy.
