So, whats the predictions for tomorrow? Seems hard enough in spite of the flat for the likes of Nibali, Landa, Fuglesang, Bardet etc. Going for Bardet on this one.

It starts at 8:45 in the morning. Now that's hard.
Due to F-W I assume. Auch...
Just hit the snooze button. :D

I was a fan of this race since that epic stage in 2012 on Punta Veleno

Still hope the Giro d'Italia will do that one day, but probably too much even for Zoncolan era. Hope they managed some better camera work than in the TTT. Tomorrow's stage looks like a gradual drag from the profile (although can't really get my head round the profiles) with a steep but irregular climb at the end. Nibali's form is a bit of an unknown quantity since Oman and Landa didn't look too hot at the end of Pais Vasco - agree Bardet is a good shout, and we might see something from Hugh Carthy? Don't know Firsanov really but has had some nice results this year. Would like to see Cunego do something but suspect that is beyond him...
The gradual drag is just false flat, it's not an actual climb.

Looking at the profile of the climb it looks like 2k's @ 10% then a section of flat and slight downhill before it kicks up again to around 10% in the final 500m or so.
Yeah, I was talking about the rest of the stage before the final climb looking like a gradual drag, you're right about the final climb.
I'm a local guy, so I know the region an the final climb, it's the first climb of the Pustertaler Höhenstraße, one of my training climbs. :)
It's the first climb:

Break: Kolobnev (GAZ), Nibali A. (NIP), Rubio (CJR), Leone (AZT), DI Francesco (NMG) and Schipflinger (TIR).
They didn't let the first break go, afterwards a 2nd one formed:
Foliforov (Gazprom), Berlato (Nippo Fantini), Rodriguez (Southeast), Mendes (Bora Argon), Santos (Brasile), Gaffurini (Norda MG KVis) and Schönberger (Tirol).

Before the climb there's a short uphill drag followed by a short descent, then you have a sharp corner and the actual climb starts.
