Boring race, but those last couple of kilometers were absolutely crazy  Had a heart rate of 200 at that last part.

Gilbert will be way better for LBL.

not so sure. week is not a long time, it was a big improvement but I am still not sure he has what it takes to win lbl again.

Friere man, that was a great effort I was really hoping he survived but always knew... :(

poor form from the dutch guys racing, especially rabobank.

'Was Freire thinking about Rabobank at the end?'

Yeah, im sure that climbing to the finish he was wondering whether he should lead Gesink out or something... Glad to see its not just the UK where interviewers ask silly questions,

Gilbert has a good chance to win LBL. Can he do well at FW.

I think Phil needs absolute top form for FW. Well, at least he's mortal again. This just serves as a reminder that 2011 time differences on the Cauberg aren't the norm.

Gilbert/BMC shouldn't have let Freire go. That forced him to start the sprint too early and then run out of steam before the finish.

Great ride by vanendert too. He'll be a winner here at one point.
