He has a point though, as GVA isn't riding well today. That said, it's hard to see anyone else from the BMC squad having a better chance of winning even with this version of GVA.

It's a race that suits him very well and he's said so in the past and he can definitely climb (Olympics). He clearly has great form winning Roubaix last week. It's a bit silly to say that just because he's having a bad day he should have skipped it :rolleyes:

Well, it's probably not just a bad day, more likely he's still affected from riding Paris-Roubaix.

Well, it's probably not just a bad day, more likely he's still affected from riding Paris-Roubaix.

GVA knows GVA best and besides he's still on course for a top ten perhaps :)

Yeah, Albasini probably has a chance as well. Rojas will have been sitting on for 40km though - it's a pretty big advantage if he can hold on until the sprint.
