"I'm very happy and content to have this result," Sevilla said. "Castañeda is very crazy and he cut into my line. I thought I was going to go down."

Things did not go as well for reigning Vuelta champ Jose Rujano who punctured less then three kilometres from the stage finish and rolled in well after the main pack. The Venezuelan Rujano did not have his best outing with two punctures on the day causing him to constantly play catch up with the peloton.

Race directors promised a rarity for the Vuelta a Colombia, a bunch sprint, and on Monday's 168km stage two from Rio Negro to the steamy Puerto Boyaca they fulfilled their promise ... More RaceReport: http://www.cyclingnews.com/races/60th-vuelta-a-colombia-2-2/stage-2/results

In this respect will post the video of Michele once more a must see:

Go at minute 6:53.

I reckon all Colombians with even an ounce of sprinting ability go over to track?

last few years colombia has invested a lot in track cycling so it's only the older track riders that are now on the road and are fast guys like forero, most young track talent of today stays on track like arango and avila.

It's on

But suddenly the motor images are gone again

If I am correct Jairo Perez took the intermediate sprint, out of a three man break-away, I think they have about 4 or 5 minutes advantage

I think I've figured out that they get images at the KOMs and Metas Volantes, so they show those when they come on air, then they have nothing until they're in the last 10-20km so they have to wait until they're in range.

Any news on the other two men in the break?

Couldn't really make out their names, and couldn't read it clearly enough. SO I can't give you that, perhaps one of the livetickers in this thread can answer that

I have no coverage. So I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I have no coverage at all.

The coverage is gone again:eek:, went out after the Meta Volante

The peloton with Sevilla finished 2 minutes behind.

GC:
1. Jairo Pérez

So that makes 3 leaders after 3 stages ... that promisses a lot more to come.

Decided that if the tour of Poland deserved a sticky, this one deserved a sticky.

But can anyone give me some names to sollow in the following days, those that are likely to do well at a certain stage and those that are favourites for the overall win?
