It's a good situation for Brown and FdJ, but she might crack on RAF, and then the question is if Cavalli can hang onto Van Vleuten.

It's completely not her style to preserve legs by gambling to not stick to the front tho. If she feels good she always closes almost everything, so it's a sign for me that she's again not feeling great.

Yeah, I agree it isn't good sign, but it wouldn't be the first time a rider is out of position on a climb or is feeling better on the next climb.

I've been training and then busy this morning so only seen bits of the women's race. How have 2 pairs of teammates failed to catch Van Vluten????

Because she had already tired them out by then. Think of it like a group of five having the combined power of one Fausto Masnada being up against one rider with the power of two.
