If Felline can get enough bonus seconds in the coming stages, he might win the race. He has a great chance with the upcoming lumpy stages and the hilly TT.

This race could be won by a non-superclimber. No really hard mountain stages and bonus seconds at the line.

Felline might have a chance.

Jungels and Küng both behind Felline.

It looks like he is going to win it.
Jungels and Küng are not the biggest contenders anyway. Izagirre could have a chance to beat Fabio, though. Remember his descent into Morzine in the Tour?

Felline also has a shot on the easy mountain stages, he was 5th on the Col de l'Ospedale in the Criterium International in 2015, the guy can climb. Is his climbing shape on point after racing a ton of classics? That's the big question.
