I imagine Bora is pulling why the entire BMC squad is just sitting behind them protecting Teuns. A typical case of an ambiguous sentence who could be interpreted in two ways.

Today's stage was fun, it was not a typical sprint stage, in fact Danny Van Poppel was the only pure sprinter to make it. Tomorrow and Friday are "mountain" stages.

Changing one of the earliest sprint stages for an ITT of 15 kms would make a much more interesting parcours. Putting a few hills on one of the other sprint stages and putting as one of the last stages (to favour breakaways) would make for a very good parcours.

Non-argument.
Today was a prime example: the terrain was there, but they put the finish line 5-6 km too late. Now, there was no incentive to attack the peloton on that hill. Everybody knew it would come back together.

I get that this is frustrating but if the finishing city hadn't paid for having a stage finish to be where it was, it wouldn't even be possible to have a stage in that area.

The GC was always going to be about yesterday and the last two days, with 99% of it hinging on stage 6.
I'm curious to see what Sagan can do. Ordinarily it would be too hard for him, but he seems quite a bit thinner.

Well isn't there basically one more hilly stage instead of a TT? I don't really see the problem with that tbh. Same amount of sprinter stages as always, 4/7 which seems reasonable considering the geography of Poland. I will surely watch it tomorrow, despite it not being selective I always rather enjoy watching this race for some reason.

Czesław Lang admitted that he had to contribute money of his own to pay for the finish in Szczyrk, whereas the rest... well, Zabrze was basically a last minute change after Nowy Sącz dropped out this year. Kraków could've been more hillier, but I guess that Wieliczka preferred to host the start of stage 6 rather than part of a stage.

Sagan to hang on and outsprint them? Or a late attack, Yates maybe? Or a small group of the strongest riders, Jungels maybe?
