Yes, it's certainly isn't always an uphill sprint only. When Aerts and Verbrugghe won, they also anticipated.

I have my doubts about Cunego, because he had trouble following uphill in the Amstel.

Gilbert: focus lies more on next sunday, contador & schleck biggest favorites
VDB: can ride his own race, won't work for Gilbert. Had good legs in AGR, might be able to do something if he finds the same legs today
Hermans: stronger than 2 years ago (14th that year), was surprised to to so good in AGR. Has peaked to this race. Mur De Huy is a very hard climb
Gesink: Feels better & wiser than when he was 4th. This is a race where the strongest almost always wins.
