I think people way overrate how much a 1km climb in an ITT favors the climbers.

Way better bike handling skills by Woods than Thomas on the descent before the finish. G was really cautious there. It didn't matter in the end.

And this is Thomas' first win since his Tour win, that was a long dry spell.
