If it was up to me, Romandie should have three. Prologue, mountain and flat.

I did not read that as you thinking Romandie should have three prologues!
I know a race can't have more than one prologue. And yesterday was more of a prol anyway...

As far as I can see, no
I see on PCS it is just 10,6 & 4 seconds at the finish. It'll be interesting to see if that stops the stress near the finishes as GC guys don't go for a bonus second or two. Although I now see that today's stage has a cat 3 climb just 10 km from the finish so I'd expect some GC guys will go for it.

It's been almost 30 years since Christophe Agnolutto won Tour de Suisse thanks to an early break on a supossedly irrelevant stage.

Today it's time for the legend Fausto Masnada to secure the GC of the other iconic Swiss one week race, Tour de Romandie, with another early break.
