A little info on the UCI

And so it goes on right down to club level. at one time we had volaunteers who run bike races and still do but now we pay extra $5 to the UCI so they can supply a Commisair to run the race along with the rules.

What rules they get paid for what we used to do for free but is it any better.

WAS Bruneel right in his statement all you need to be a UCI commisair is to know the rules with no need for brains.

It starts ar club level and esculates upward they dont tell you where all the revinue from fines go to.

Someone has to pay for the dinner parties and first class travel.
