In an interview with French tv Alberto said that he won't participate in the Tour if Saxo only get the green light two months before the start (I think that is about the wild cards)

Alberto Contador said after his positive doppingtest -but before the judgment -
if he will get banned, he will abandon cycling............
so its just another "cry"
what the guy think abut himself???? threaten the ASO???
and of course it is an another lie......... he got a contract, he got bosses....

and dont worry Riis/Tinkoff already made the payment for the WT status IMO

Before the ban i think it was 3.5 mil from the team and 2 mill from specialized. I don't know about endorsements though

I read he had 3,5million in 2012 cos of ban,but from 2013-2015 it stretches to 6 million euros.It was in the time Tinkov became sponsor,in russian newspapers...Still it sucks,Lance had 12 million dollars

Ok GT team speculation if Saxo get WT/wild card.

Giro will be Majka and N Sorensen I think that rules them out for le Tour, I think also Bennati, maybe he will do Giro-Vuelta double?

Alberto, Kreuziger and Roche and of course Jesus and Benja methinks. Then maybe Paulinho and Morkov (and CAS?) and I hope Breschel

and then maybe Alberto in vuelta (?) with Majka as support, otherwise Kreuziger gets the chance I think.

Haha, I just went and Google: 'How much does Alberto Contador earn' and the first web page answer (as net worth) was $15 Million but I don't know how accurate it is, still I believe before the ban he made about €5 million. In the same web page I looked up BW and his net worth was of $3 Million

No, I believe you are right, it isn't. But it was mostly to highlight Contador's income or wealth (I think) though like I said before, its probably not even an accurate number, therefore not meaning much Sorry if I mislead anyone, just wanted to throw this "fun statistic" out there

Yea but I do believe he has a bit more than that, it is "only" 10 million euros

that number is imo far from being accurate he prolly made that in 08 and 09 alone, add sponsors and investments and he his very likely worth twice or more then that and could be worth twice as much as what he is prolly worth if not for the doping ban.
