i think they are on equal positions for winning the tour

Ye if he has to attack 50 times its cos he doesnt have it. In the good old days he only needed to attack 1-2 times and he was off. If that doesnt succeed I dont hope he will panic and keep wasting energy attacking over and over. He needs to attack less, but make it count when he does.

Froome was just not good anymore in the vuelta. Contador his numerous attacks had nothing to do with that.
