I don't know if this is the right subforum, but with immense sadness, I woke up today with the news of the death of Alfredo. Our most succesful and expert national team selector, one of the few who could say he lead to 6 worlds championships titles. Goodbye Alfredo, we will miss you and your gentle way to talk in victories and defeats.

We still have Giovanni Corrieri from that era, 94 and still alive, first great rider from Messina.
