Yes, it is a lot better than it was a couple of years ago, but there are still gaps.

PCS is inflated toward current riders and serial stage winners and categorizes races as of today for all their existence (and undercategorizes races disappeared) not counting the changes of prestige over years.

That two are still way better, even if none is perfect.
