well done Gilbert, i did pick him for the win several days ago but i thought he may have of blown it 10K out.

Breakthrough for Hesjedal/Garmin. Really big for them. Confirms his Vuelta stage win last year.

Gilbert's acceleration is superb. Well deserved. Always been there, deserves more.

Well at least this resolves the one big question - who would win first Omega or BMC. The remaining question is will BMC have any wins by the time of the Tour to justify their wild card status?
