She apparently rode the whole neutral zone 3-4 metres behind everybody else because she gets tetchy with everybody riding in close proximity, and then attacked as soon as the flag dropped like she's Emma Pooley at the GP Montréal or something.I also read somewhere she doesn't enjoy riding in the peloton, rather rides in the break / alone, similar to de Gendt.
Even her Instagram looks like she IS a cyclist

To be fair cycling probably offers up a lot more Instagram worthy material than mathematics.
Hang on! Are you saying math can't be pretty?
You posting a maths video makes me wonder if toby is simply another one of your aliases/personalities!
You think I have an ongoing "joke argument" with myself about whether being 30(+) makes you old?
It doesn't doesn't.
Well you might not be aware of the fact you've been threatening to take away your own citizenship the whole time.
To be fair even without Kiesenhofer my guess is that the award wouldn't have gone to Hauser but to Alpine skier Katharina Liensberger. Two time world champion, winning the slalom globe and ending an over 6 year long drought for female Austrian slalom skiers was a huge deal in the Austrian sports world. She has been racking up some nice awards in Austria.
As an avid biathlon follower I can't help feeling a bit sorry for Lisa Hauser, who might have been voted "Sportlerin des Jahres" most other years for her great 2020/21 season.

Kiesenhofer has also secured a partnership with Raffeisen Bank, which will help her on her way towards the Paris Olympics.
I'll be interested to learn what her cycling goals are in the mean time, though, cause unless she gets to do the time trial I can't see her getting a huge result in Paris.
