I think they're mocking the ease of the stage because the watts were mega, but even with that I'm not sure it's taken into account a load of other factors which would've inflated their watts calculation which I have some doubts about anyway.

To add to that, I really doubt this was the easiest european professional cycling stage in history. They also provided no comparison point for that. Anyway...
