If they start looking at each other for the sprint I can easily see the peloton come back.

EDIT: Or they don't even have to look at each other, peloton is coming back quite quickly

Philipsen very clearly loathed that attack by Vermeersch, and rightfully so.
Vermeersch seems to be the worst rouleur of all the Belgian Classics guys, you could also see that in Roubaix, he’s probably the worst to attack for Alpecin.

Useless Lotto having him start the sprint from fifth, of course someone who's won as much as him in the past two years is above bothering with it when he's positioned that far back!

Ewan wants to sprint out of Philipsens wheel, that's exactly what he wants. He doesn't follow his leadouts wheel cuase he doesn't want to hit the front with 200, 150 or even 125m to go. He was perfectly put into Phlipsens wheel, like he asked, and then just obviously like he always does let's himself pushed out of that wheel just before Philipsen launches and just sits up to spit in the teams face.
