Hmm... I know I've been pretty outspoken about my opinion that full-flag jersey is always best. I guess I can make one exception; Kazakhstan! When was the last time the national champion(s) of Kazakhstan did not ride for Astana? Thing is, a full-flag Kazakh jersey is just the regular Astana jersey...

2015 - Oleg Zemlyakov, Team Vino 4 Ever.

Davidenok won it for Astana Continental in 2014 but spent most of Qinghai Lake, his only race between winning it and joining the WT team as a stagiaire, in the leader's jersey, and of course Astana Continental's jerseys were more or less the same as the main team's anyway.

I think Kafviar means that Magnusson isn't using that anymore because he isn't reigning champion anymore. He won in 2017 and 2018 title was won by Lucas Eriksson.

Yes, team design, not team colours. Can you imagine if they'd insisted on keeping the pink shoulders?

Aquablue have released photos of Conor Dunne's new irish champions jersey.

Pretty underwhelming as Vermarc have done great things with the QS national champions jerseys. I thought the chevron/arrowhead/ logo could have been better integrated into the design

Unrelated note, but I like the trick of the camera that makes it look like those mountains in the background are almost as tall as Conor.

The Irish champion jersey has been following a typical style recently with a general common appearance indicating possible influence from Cycling Ireland on the design. One guy has collected most of the recent jerseys including some amateur and age group champion jerseys
