Wegman's ill-fated attack in Flèche Wallonne 2008. You can watch the video of the finale here (in French), even Thierry Adam (France 3 commentator) says "Wegman qui craque ... ah, image terrible!" (Wegman is exploding ... a terrible sight!). He pretty much stops dead about halfway up the Mur when the top of the peloton caught him
