I'd actually rate Pais Vasco higher. Guys like Samu tweak to be good at Basque, where as dauphine - especially of recent years - had a massive - pre-tour warm up race feel.

There seems to be little disagreement generally. The one that proved far more popular than I would have guessed is EBH. Sky have got Wiggins as a good bet to win GT stages and Flecha as a good bet to win during the Classics.

Now EBH may well become the new Sean Kelly as a successful Classics/Sprinter/ TTer but it's hard for me to see what he is dominant at right now.
