ESPN had a very good interview this morning w/Betsy, she was really quite good and knew her stuff. Sage Steele interviewed her via phone and Betsy didn't miss a beat. I'm sure it's on their website by now, it was about 10 minutes long. Check it out.

I agree I thought she did a great job at describing how she, Frankie, and Lance got to the position they are in now. From the hospital room to when Frankie got fired from postal. She has maintained the same stance ever since the SCA debacle and I would hope maybe (just maybe) a few people will finally realize she has been telling the truth.

I haven't heard him publicly talk about Lance this way before. He's always stayed mostly quiet (I presume in light of pending actions as he was a witness) so its nice to hear him finally talking about it.

Essentially, to salvage something and avoid a jail sentence, he is reduced to ratting...

I don't think it is that she likes the attention that much, or craves it. She is just comfortable in front of the camera now and is telling the truth. Something Lance will never be able to do.

I'm not defending Lance, but he doesn't have to apologize to her publicly, I guess he did it on the 40 min. conversation. Maybe fair, but his doping admission can be taken as an apology. She should move on.

Betsy Andreu was the absolute star of last night. Despite all of Pharmstrong's manipulations of Oprah (who I think really tried hard and was better than I had hoped), Betsy brought down the whole phoney facade by her appearance on AC360. Grace, character, and a "suitcase" full of real courage.
