If we are talking about who is the best at the moment, then I can only say that Boonen looked much stronger in E3 and GW than Cancellara.

Cancellara is probably the most overrated cyclist in existence. He wins a non-WT edition of Tirreno-Adriatico and a tailor made Tour de Suisse and some people are already claiming he can win Lombardia and the Tour de Franc
