bib shorts

Any recommendations for bib shorts with a really heavy duty chamois that will last?
I have been using Giordana shorts (don't recall the model) and like them but I wonder if there are any out there with much thicker padding. The chamois in mine (2 pairs) seems to have lost it's padding qualities.
Bibs are absurdly expensive so whatever I purchase HAS to be top notch.
Thanks in advance.

One more thing

My shorts are in great condition and the chamois is my only "issue." Any place in the USA that has the ability to replace the chamois?
Once again, thanks for any input.

Santini's chamois are very durable, and they can be had for $50-$75. I'll never pay more than $100 for some bibs - ridiculous.

IMO, I think you need to lower your saddle and/or adjust your saddle tilt so the nose is up slightly. The good amount of padding on your rearend should be bearing the bulk of your weight such that the amount of padding in the shorts is inconsequential...

As a matter of fact, I think the saddle height is "perfect' but did adjust the nose a bit higher and I am happy with the setup now. It did make a difference. Just seems the Giordana chamois is a bit lightweight.
I appreciate all of your feedback. Thank you!
