Lance and George supplied EPO to each other?

Sort of a chicken and egg situation....

So Lance, where did you get your EPO?
"From George"

So George, where did you get your EPO?
"From Lance"

BTW, Is it ok for these guys to talk about what they discussed in their GJ testimony?

Was George in the Hospital room?

He might have more revelations in store for you yet.

Dave.

You come at the king, you best not miss.

They played this well. Floyd starts if off in May 2010.

Then Tyler, its bad but not deadly yet. He can survive.

Then comes the kill.

George Hincapie. Lances most loyal servant. The one who rode god knows how many Tours with him.

All during the Tour of California. It could have been the TDF but they planned it well.

You come at the King you best not miss.

The King is dead. Long live the King.

Yes, it is 100% ok, but then you already know that..from the first 50 or 60 times that same effing question was asked...

I did not know that. Must not have been paying attention to those threads ooops.

I thought you had to play boardgames like "Clue" to compare notes....

How can he continue to race at Amgen? This might have been a long time ago, but if Tyler gave up a gold medal on the basis of admitted doping several years earlier, should George be in the race?

The funny thing is Ligget was praising Hincapie, not 1 hour ago, saying how he might go for a stage win tomorow.

They will take a very different line tomorow:p

Wasn't he the only one to ride all 7 with him.

What happened to the cries for amnesty to those who came clean?

I know a lot of people on this forum have been waiting for this day a long time, but the blood lust is a bit much.

Everyone was doping. Not just Hincapie et al.

GEORGE HINCAPIE IS NOT CREDIBLE

OK, who has some ideas here? Is he writing a book? Does his wife hate Lance? Maybe the feds made a deal to give him a first in P-R in return for his testimony?

Point taken. But George didn't come clean to UCI in the interest of cycling. He testified under threat of perjury, and the secret was kept for nearly a year. He might have been asked to keep quiet about it, I assume more will come out soon.

The only thing that could improve my mood is word of sponsor defections!
The last days I watched that shack-stream there has been an overlay every hour or so, showing Armstrong in a nike t-shirt. I don´t know what it was about because I turned down the volume whenever ist was streamed - but I guess it was some livestrong and/or nike ad?
I didn´t see this commercial today (but then they maybe just realised it´s stupid waste of bandwidth to stream livstrong-stuff to Europe/Germany) und just stumbled over this tweet :
Lance Armstrong
Meeting w/ the entire Nike @LIVESTRONG team going over future concepts, messages, and designs. Stuff looks amazing.

Ummm..he was supposed to win the tour in 2006 after LA retired but he didn't so he's bitter?
How's that?

It is perfectly okay (first amendment). If they say something inconsistent and they are later called as a witness, they'll be impeached (confronted with inconsistent statement), but if they remain consistent no problems.

Aside from those whose careers were completely derailed (Landis, Manzano, etc.), testifying under oath is the only circumstance any rider would spill the beans.

Armstrong press conference

Asked to comment on the newest “60 Minutes” segment, Armstrong’s spokesman, Mark Fabiani, said: “We have no way of knowing what happened in the grand jury and so can’t comment on these anonymously sourced reports.”

When Landis alleged that drug use was common on the U.S. Postal team, Hincapie responded by saying, “It bothers me, because I’ve been doing this for 17 years and never heard anything bad about me.”

I think that second point is especially interesting, because it shows that a guy who never tested positive will steadfastly lie about doping, then when put in a position where he faces legal trouble if he lies, changes his story. It really buttresses the credibility of Tyler.

On CN now:

Cyclingnews attempted to contact both Hincapie and his BMC racing team but all calls went unanswered.
