Fire them an email. Ask for a quote for a single bike. I'd be curious to see what they quote you.

See if there's a discount if everyone in the clinic goes in on a group buy!

Might do that in case they let one go for cheap to get people off their back.

I seriously doubt that those ugly things are better then bikes made by serious manufacturers.
Waste of money for tax payers. Big profit for manufacturer of those "special" bikes.
