Have had a look on youtube and there isnt a good video of it. Would have thought that someone fast might have been tempted to do a 5-minute video of it but no.

Anyway, what the others say is true - its a fairly steady gradient, not completely the same all the way but never really steep or anything. There is quite a tight bend going into it so i think that positioning in the run-up to it will be quite crucial, could even see crashes there. The hair pin corners could also give a good chance for an attack. The road was completely relaid about a month ago, as has quite a lot of the Olympic route, a bit by Richmond Park was being dug up as i went past last night.
