if he sits on he won't be dropped on this hill. So yes like with Pedersen it's delusional too pull that much. He could have also won if the race was closed down again and opened later again because he has that good of a sprint. I don't think people would have pulled with Sagan in 2017 in such a situation.Blackmore rode like he belonged there, so chapeau to him. He was never beating either of his companions. It wasn't stupidity, it was a guy racing like he deserved to be raceing, and the bridge he made to get to them was impressive. It's not a loss to him.
Last year he won in Portugal wiht a solo in his first race. Remco is another of those riders who is in shape in the first race.Remco was doing altitude training, it was obvious he wouldn't come here to get just miles in his legs.
He probably learned a lot more this way than had he stayed in the wheel and tried to steal the win.Blackmore rode like he belonged there, so chapeau to him. Thank you both for adding a dose of rationality to the discussion.Blackmore rode like he belonged there, so chapeau to him. He was never beating either of his companions. mmmmm, this isn't differente what Pogacar and Van der Poel did in the previous classics. This is already more fun than I'm expecting any of the other Ardennes classics to be.
Delusional to think he had a chance to beat either of them, in any situation today. Maybe in years to come, but not today. He gets dropped regardless.if he sits on he won't be dropped on this hill. If he loses this sprint I doubt he’ll ever recoverHow is Wout going to manage to lose this sprint guys
It’s gonna be closer than you think. Wout grimacing since the Moskes. How is Wout going to manage to lose this sprint guys
He learned the lesson (that he shouldn't pull), by not following the lesson, and he wouldn't have learned that if he followed it to begin with?He probably learned a lot more this way than had he stayed in the wheel and tried to steal the win.
It's an uphill sprint, he could definitely lose if Evenepoel makes it a long one and has more left in the tank. How is Wout going to manage to lose this sprint guys
