I think that next year, he should come into the season considerably lighter (more of a climbing weight relatively speaking). He could make a serious push at the ardennes, probably still have the uncanny ability to win some time trials (actually being lighter would probably better suit him for the hilly-ish TdF TT). If that goes well, he could even go for the vuelta if he REALLY wanted to and focused his whole season after the end of April around it... but it's a pretty mountainous course. If he does ever win a GT, it would probably have to be the TdF, given the way the routes have been the last few years.
