My secret to success? I am the greatest motivator. I encourage them, I scream, I yell and during TTs I sometimes lie about intermediate times.

But the best motivator is my appetite for riders. When they don't push themselves to the limit, I gobble them up. Yeah, you heard that right. I eat them. Whole. For instance, I just finished eating David Etxebarria...
