Yes, he crashed and is leaving the race in an ambulance. The race ticker says either collarbone or dislocated shoulder.

His luck in avoiding serious injury in races is usually pretty good. Hopefully having been taken away in an ambulance is not a sign that he will need to miss some of his more serious goals for the season.

Ithink the point BG is making is to treat all riders with equal respect, by calling them all by their first names, or all by their surnames, rather than the DiscoStana riders by their first, and rest by their surnames. Which I think is fair enough, although we know in the CN universe all riders are equal but some are more equal than others.

Pettachi? muddled around in the Tour of Britain and won the 2nd stage in the Tirreno. Better than nothing though. Or you were referring to your ex-wife's new lover, who, in that case, scored... your ex-wife.
