His last oxygen level reading in '08 was just above 86, higher than a certain rider from Austin, Texas, called Lance Armstrong and closing in on Indurain..

That is Evan's Territory. IIRC in his book i think they said 86. (or maybe i'm delusional and thinking of someone completely different - That does seem a bit more likely) I can't be bothered to check it so maybe Auscyclefan or BadboyBerty or someone who has read that book can check it for me.
