Is there a startlist for time trial available ? There is one for road race but couldn't fine the one for TT.

From nuestrociclismo.com they list 23 cyclists but it seems the final list is 29 riders

Women and U23 will be held during the XX National Games in IbaguE, in November.
Apparently this date, for the elite men, was requested by the WT riders.
