ES schedule for next year.
http://twitpic.com/bvjc2s

So Giro is included (earlier in the month a 2013 ad showed tour and vuelta but not giro)

Also both catalunya and PV this year

Immediate obvious omisions are Romandie and GW.

Omission of Road cycling world championships, presumably to be corrected down the line:eek:

the rights for rcs races are still in discussions
and for all of those * races by the way

hopefully there won't be no surprises.

No coverage of Paris - Nice this year @ Eurosport?:(

this is just their schedule on from april, I seriously doubt they will not cover Paris-Nice, Tirreno Adriatico, Ronde van Vlaanderen and so on. Maybe it was in a separated schedule for the winter or whatever

I'll bet the house that there will be quite a few additions to that list.
Seems to start in April for one thing.
Pretty sure they'll have Qatar, Oman, probably Volta Algarve highlights, P-N and T-A and the Crit Int.
De Panne, Flanders...........the list goes on.
Plus, DH said there would be a lot more cycling coverage this year.

They say that every year though. They don't have that much to add anyway since they already have all the top European scene races. I think if they wanted to add Italian classics.or French ones they'd be buying a whole package and not just adding 1 or 2 individual ones.

Last year they added msb san Sebastian and some new races already.

Ss was always the big one missing and now they have that too :)

They better get their act together and cover Paris Roubaix properly this year. I was livid that they missed Arenberg and the lead into it last year  They should be covering the race from 150kms out to get the scene setting out of the way over the early pave. Then settle back for the fireworks in the last 100kms.

No Oman live :( shucks... and how are they gonna broadcast PN and TA at the same time

how they always did??eurosport for paris-nice and eurosport 2 for tirreno?:)

here full schedule but not everything is confirmed
http://2013tvguide.eurosport.com/#/24
basically it should be even more cycling than last year which i also think was a record. de panne and e3 make it on eurosport.

and i don't think i'm wrong when i say arenberg was on eurosport live last year. they covered the last 140 km or so.

There will be coverage of PN live on Eurosport while TA will be shown on Eurosport 2. But there will always be relive coverage of TA also on Eurosport either directly after PN or in the night.

Eurosport tries to show as much as possible or at least relive versions on the main-program which means they are not coverage all premium thing only on their pay-tv channel

eurosport 1 and eurosport 2

also the times for each stage aren't exactly the same with tirreno ending a bit later so it is still possible to watch both.

Also paris nice sucks balls.while.tirreno is exciting so you just switch to tirreno when it starts and watch Paris nice highlights a few hours later.

Just a couple of years back, the opposite was true.

Anyhow, I'm pretty confident that British Eurosport will again carry a number of races, such as Romandie and the ToS, that won't be shown elsewhere.
French Eurosport show a number of French races that aren't available elsewhere.

I have a feeling that Omloop Het Nieuwsblad might finally make an appearance.

I don't believe I have ES2

I like P-N as well as T-A, but if I had to choose one I'd chose the former.

What ****es me off, is that the Eurosport in my cable package switched from British Eurosport to German Eurosport a couple months ago though. No more Sean Kelly for me unless I watch on a stream. :(

Is Sean that awesome or what?

I like him anyway. It's always hilarious when the regular Eurosport commentator asks him a question and Kelly clearly deems it too stupid to merit any response and simply ignores him, followed by awkward silence.

Jean Claude Leclerq also isn't that bad as an expert is he? I like him (had to fix with his Suisse first of course)

That would be pretty awesome! Still me favorite classic.

Would be great. But at least Sporza also stream it for free from their website (available to those in Belgium and those who know how to trick the internet into thinking they're in Belgium :D)

All depends which Eurosport you're watching. On a number of occasions in past years much of Eurosport has had decent classics coverage while British Eurosport has had motorbike racing on and left some big classics coverage until as late as 20km to go. The O'Grady Roubaix year springs to mind as particularly bad.
