Although I suspect that those riding in a national championship are from a more West-wards looking element in society there, I wonder whether there is some deliberate anonymity being employed in view of possible attitudes to women in sport (I don't see the same in the men's results).
I hope that that isn't felt necessary, but can't help wondering. But that is getting much more serious than this thread intends, and I can't follow that idea for long without having to sanction myself for discussion of politics.

The mythical Paris-Rouen race of 1869 had a female competitor called "Miss America", who was either French or English (accounts differ). It's quite a good ploy to put people off your trail. That race also had a competitor with the interesting name "Tricycle Tissier".

For what it's worth, according to the Wikipedia article on Pakistani naming conventions it's way more common for women to not have surnames, so that might explain the difference.

Hence why I need somebody to research this properly, come on guys, you know you don't have anything better to do, get on it, chop chop

The Princess Anna Vasa Tour is one. There's also the GP Chantal Biya named after the president's wife, while this rider is an actual Princess: https://firstcycling.com/rider.php?r=218354

I had a look at some of his rivals in the Philippines junior road race. Some great names like Lord Heintji Ganoy.....Zeus Gniess Dinoso.....Arckem Prince Angel Asas.....King Alfred Gapit.....John Troy Mercurio.....Kurt Axel Ramos.....
