YAY!! Well done Mads!

I don't really know who that kid is but He's World Champ!

And... do the Aussies plan on getting at least one medal in every category?

That would be the plan, but best laid plans and all that, should be chucked out the window in a couple of hours time

Nah I dont see Pooley winning either, she will go well but somebody like Arndt or Neben for the win i think. Is Vos riding? I must check the startlist properly.

Edit- Vos is riding so will probably have a good chance.

Don't think the Aussies have anyone capable of medalling the Elite Ladies TT today.

The one race of the whole week , that I do not see on the telly, and then we win. So first of YAY... then a little ARGH because I missed it... then a little more YAY because they are showing it again later.

Oh and readhead, you are wrecking my eyes with those small letters. :p

It's Azerbaijan looking the goods atm...

Yes, I could not find her on CQ rankings but Cycling archives reveals that she is quite good, especially on the track, might have mucked up.

EDIT: Shaw has made up some of the time.

4th place finisher in the mens junior race Markus Fåglum-Karlsson is a rider will very good cycling pedigree. He is the grandson of Sture Pettersson of the 4 Pettersson brothers who won 3 World Championships and an olympic silver in the Team Time Trial between 1967-69. His granduncle Gösta Pettersson won Giro d'Italia in 1971.

His father Jan Karlsson was also a pro with Acceptcard in 1998-1999 and is also a former medalwinner in the olympic Team Time Trial (Bronze 1988).

Hmmm... Sablikova moderately impresses but Clara Hughes does very much impress. Picked the wrong speed skater.

Yay, Pia Sundstedt going rather well. Good position on the bike and 4th fastest time at 13,9km at the moment.

Hughes is quite a good TTer, she beat Stevens and Neben to win the Pan American Championships and beat Whitten to win the Canadian Championships this year.
