The support for Almeida wasn't all that impressive, and for a team like UAE one stage win doesn't mean a huge amount.

Disappointing Uno-X didn't join the break today. Gregaard should've been in this break instead of stage 3. I assume the reason to not put Gregaard and Sleen in break is that they are needed with fresh legs for the last two stages.
Skaarseth probably too weak on a stage like today and Charmig and Idar Andersen seems to be out of form, both of them should've been good candidates for a break today.
