Vingegaard would have demolished Roglic if they weren't on the same team
I'm pretty sure we'd have watched them looking at each other and not fully committing for the last 5k in that case.

It's also pretty funny that BikeExchange have spent ten years looking for new Australian stars, only found Matthews, and now there are finally two really good GC riders in O'Connor and Haig they have neither and are in danger of relegation instead.
Probably his best-ever performance. You do have to worry he's peaking too early to fly like this at the Tour though.Low-key thermonuclear from O'Connor
They did bring Caleb Ewan into the pro peloton. It's also pretty funny that BikeExchange have spent ten years looking for new Australian stars, only found Matthews, and now there are finally two really good GC riders in O'Connor and Haig they have neither and are in danger of relegation instead.
Edit: and Hindley of course, apparently the Giro really was that forgettable.
You're crazy. Pogi is a different monster. He was toying with him at tirreno.Call me crazy, but I think that he will win this Tour.
No idea how I missed Hindley. Storer and Plapp are still unproven, but still better options than someone like Lucas Hamilton who must be their best Aussie GC hope...Can take out Hindley, Storer and Plapp too
But never brought out the best in him, you can argue it's due to his age but he stagnated with them and then had a huge leap his first year upon leaving. All his best results have come with Lotto and it's not like he's always been performing to his best there either. They did bring Caleb Ewan into the pro peloton.
I have a feeling he’s still on the way up.Probably his best-ever performance. You do have to worry he's peaking too early to fly like this at the Tour though.
Tbf, there will probably be less time spend on handholding at the tour...Pogacar has it in the bag if the TJV duo can only take 15s on O'Connor on a climb like this.
