Probably his best-ever performance. You do have to worry he's peaking too early to fly like this at the Tour though.

He's been very good but I find it somewhat hard to judge. Need some numbers really. Finishing close to Rogla and JV is great but it's unclear how much they had in the tank, and it's not like he has beaten out in-form quality riders behind.

Wow what a Rabo/Jumbo fail. After a week of listening to whiners and failers they Only manage Yellow and Green, 1 &2 on GC and 3 stage wins. Did it ever occur to all you complainers how tiring your attitudes get?
Some people actually like to Enjoy watching cycling. For those that only complain maybe you'll find another sport.
Definitely reasons to complain after the Dauphiné. Even the ZLM Tour was almost more exciting.

I mean JV couldve concievably won all stages, call me crazy but I think 3 is the bare minimum they couldve managed

Either O'connor made big improvements or we have some low performances in this race.

Some people surprised at the result. What you you expect, there was no challenge by anyone to Roglic and Vingo in this race. Zero surprise there. But it doesn't mean squad. But I could see clearly that Vingo is the better of the two riders for the 3 week race.

Liked O'Connor's ride. Haig looks like he is a little behind O'Connor in his prep at the moment. Good to see Chaves back near the front. Jumbo look strong team wise heading into the Tour. I expected a bit more from TGH . Since his Giro win his stage races have been pretty mediocre.

I don't see a reason to believe Vingo is better for 3 weeks after this, but I agree that there was 0 reason to expect a challenge to either.

Definitely WVA blew #4. So if now it's not good enough for you all I can do is SMH.

In possibly the first year after his peak form, Roglic is still managing some nice GC stage-race wins: Paris-Nice and now the Dauphine. It's hard to tell whether to sound the full trumpet of overreaction panic. It's possible his form is still on the rise for the TDF. Vingo may be even stronger than he was last year. In any case, surely it was a disaster for Jumbo: 3 stage wins, green jersey, yellow jersey, and 1-2 on GC. Miserable.

I think people overreact a bit to Vingegaard being stronger than Roglic today. It's his first race back after a training period before which he had a resting period.

I think this is all good news for Jumbo, because Kruijswijk was the best he's been in 3 years and Vingegaard is actually looking he can be a legit co contender for the Tour next to Roglic.

Scary to think that a team is so dominant, with 2 guys are so superior to other elites in GC...and majority still think someone out there will demolish them at will at the Tour.

Lol...are you crazy? What a rational take... Take that garbage out of here to your local bar when it belongs. It doesn't belong on this forum, that's for sure...

Roglič by easily winning the GC clearly showed he has no business thinking about being one of the top favourites in the Tour. After all, he showed in the past he doesn't have the endurance to last for three weeks. He'll fight with Lutsenko for a top7 result at best.

I think everyone needs to remember you have to be at peak form at the tour not at dauphine, i think we all remember how weak was pogacar was at dauphine 2020

Yes but it's also normal to assume that they all try to peak for the Tour and to assume that they are mostly at the similar phase of form building without knowing every detail.

Not to mention we still can't asses Pog's most recent form.
