If the team goes for the stage win it would be decent to work a bit in the break, if you don't at least don't take the points as well. I'm so annoyed, I hope anyone but Benoot wins the stage.

Are you beyond clueless? They want to try to win the stage. You certainly don't win if you don't try, and its a lot better for the stage since they are upping the pace.
