No legs for Milan
[content deleted] judging by that post finish seizureWho on earth is Jake Stewart?![]()
Having Consonni as his leadout man (small guy who is explosive, but not doing a highspeed big watt leadout) isn't doing him any favours either.Nothing to do with it. I mean maybe a little cause you can see he also didn't have his superspeed, but he just waits way too long. Tempo was going down, if you get jumped them you don't get up to speed in time anymore. Just dumb from Milan.
Yeah, that's how you end up with all the sprinters crashing after the finish line. I'd give him a yellow card for that.[content deleted] judging by that post finish seizure

He pretty much always seems undergeared because he likes high cadence sprinting, but between that and a really short leadout man with almost no draft (ok, I might exaggerate a bit) he isn't exactly using his full potential...Milan was in MUCH too small a gear for some reason
Gave off some strong Kenny Powers vibes...[content deleted] judging by that post finish seizure
Stewart didn't go particularly early. Milan has a problem of not reacting very well when things aren't perfectly to a script he understands – sort of the opposite to Kooij/Merlier, who are both instinctive sprinters. Feels like he was set on doing a specific leadout strategy, but it was a tailwind with 4 men in a single kilometre (probably too many, if anything).Nothing to do with it.
