He's not going to the Vuelta either. No GT. Planned from the start of the season cause he kinda dislikes GTs. And I get that, but he's obviously in really good form (today is probably his best climbing performance on a long climb to date) and first week also suits him perfectly. Roglic will crash out in first stages anyways.

Now he's just about to do nothing with his form. Don't get it.

Till today he never likes longer mountains either and thus wasn't going for GC in one week races, so no Spilak. It was always a mental thing. His numbers were always good enough for this kind of climbing, but he can't do it mentally. Or at least that's what he's always been saying.
