Out of curiosity, what makes you think Jani's future won't be great?
Is it because he's had too many chances and hasn't had a break out year?

I'd love to see him break through and win at least one grand tour. I think he might need to become more selfish for his own benefit. He might need to demand that "he is the man" and that a team is built to support him. And that might mean leaving RadioShack. Eventually, he should do what's best for him. For now, he probably enjoys hanging out and learning from Lance, Levi, Horner, and Johan.

He is 26 now.
Ever since 2006 when he wore the golden jersey of the Vuelta a España everyone is waiting for is breaktrough year. Up untill now his best results in stage races were a third place in a Deutschland Tour and a 17th place in a Giro d'Italia.
I don't see the implications either why he should turn out to be much better than Valjavec for example. Execpt of that he is a better time trialer.

Edit:
Oh I was not telling the truth!
He actually won the Tour of Georgia once in 2007. But if I remember it rightly that was more by accident than by class (I could be wrong about this, so please go ahead and correct me if I am wrong).

Listen to the Dutch guys instead - sure you can't tell much what's going on but the helicopter sounds better and they don't give misleading info - or talk about the time they were attacked by a dog one summer night up to their neck in a Swiss lake - for gd's sake.
