The Mexi-dog, which on the Mayan Riviera is called a Bimbo dog:

The TJ dogs are available night and day but I have eaten them on my walk of shame after hitting a couple of dirty,really dirty drinking spots on Avenida Revolucion.
I have not had them in years but your bimbo version looks way better than I remember. another favorite is the churros that are sold while you are waiting for reentry, people walk up the lines of stopped traffic and sell them. There is an aftertaste of really old,burnt oil used in the cooking,yummy
