I think this is sort of a hypnosis that comes with repetitive motion. The mind wanders and leaves the present. Happens on long drives to me because my internal dialogue starts going crazy. No, no other voices, Im just discussing things with myself.

welcome to my world.. :D

mmm, Bureau of Meteorology is saying "43° possible late thunder" and I'm still thinking of going for a quick ride after work... sign of mental illness?

I am taking a day of to go riding in 45 degree Fahrenheit tomorrow morning - I think it is a completely sane idea myself.

Wow, this describes me exactly. Amazing what you can discuss with yourself.

I also find that I have some my fastest rides when I'm angry about something.

its interesting.. im now 14 days into a diet of vitamin B, D, Magnesium and Liquid Amino acid with L-glutamine..

today, first completely anxiety free day in 6 months, went to lunch, rode in the rain and got soaking wet and cold and then went to a supermarket for an hour..

no anxiety.. 3 things normally i really struggle with..

im not so mental today.> :D
